Estimates and quotes

Prices published on this website are typical ranges for planning purposes and are not quotes. Your quote is provided in writing on site, before work begins, and is honored as written unless you approve a change in scope.

Scheduling and access

Service requires safe access to the chimney, roof and appliance. If conditions on arrival make work unsafe — ice, structural instability, unsafe roof pitch without staging — we will reschedule or quote the additional access equipment required.

Workmanship

Our work is warrantied as described in your written scope of work. Warranty terms vary by service; waterproofing, liners and masonry each carry their own coverage, which is stated on your paperwork.

Limitations

Inspection reports describe conditions observed at the time of inspection using standard tools and access. They are not a guarantee against future defects, and they do not cover concealed conditions that cannot be observed without opening the structure.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Larger projects may be structured with a deposit and balance as stated in the scope of work.
