Before you call
How fast can you come out?
Emergencies: same day in most of the service area. Routine sweeps and inspections: usually within the same week, though September through December books up fast — that is the busiest stretch of our year.
Do you charge for estimates?
Repair and rebuild estimates are free. Diagnostic visits that require a full camera inspection carry the standard inspection fee, which we tell you about before booking, and which is credited toward the work if you move forward.
What payment do you take?
Cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due on completion, and larger masonry projects are broken into a deposit and a balance, spelled out in the written scope.
Do you work with landlords, HOAs and property managers?
Regularly, including multi-unit buildings and full-building dryer vent programs. We can invoice a management company directly and provide certificates of insurance up front.
